Proper Course of Action for a Biohazard/Crime Scene Situation
You are aware of a scene that is contaminated with blood and/or bodily fluids. There may or may not be a death or serious injury associated with the presence of these biohazards. Please provide us with answers to the following questions and follow the steps below that may apply.

Personal Protective Equipment
Please do not enter the scene without PPE (personal protective equipment). In addition, there’s no reason for you enter and become more traumatized than you may already be. When we arrive, we can retrieve any items for you.

Call us at 1-(561)944-6501 to schedule a technician. Our technicians are typically dispatched within 90 minutes to an crime or biohazard scene, or at a time that is convenient for you.

Representative For Rescue Clean 911
If you are not the home owner, business owner or financially responsible party, please provide us with that information. A “Permission to Enter” form must be signed by an authorized representative for Rescue Clean 911 to legally enter the property.
